It's all about slides and Crocs-like silhouettes right now. Of course, the summer is hot and we need air on our feet. We also have a few offers from adidas , Yeezy , Crocs , Birkenstock , etc. Only Nike hasn't had a lot of new products around the corner lately. So it doesn't surprise us that they are now teaming up with Matthew M. Williams and also getting into the slide game. We have first pictures of the MMW Nike Slide. All information about the shoe can be found here.
Alyx designer Matthew M. Williams and Nike have been collaborating for a long time. The collaboration is shaped by tech wear, sports and the newest and hottest shit on the runways. MMW is therefore ideally suited as the name and inspiration for an in-house signature slide, if you can call it that. Because there is a lot to get on the market right now and Nike naturally wants a slice of the cake
THIS IS WHAT THE SHOES LOOK LIKE
The slides are officially called the Nike Zoom MMW 5. And is made entirely of foam. We don't have to mention where the inspiration comes from, you can see for yourself. The slides are all black with minimal MMW x Nike branding on the upper part of the shoe. We honestly don't know what we think of the shoe yet. He is super boxy and does not look so valuable in the pictures. We are curious to see how the parts look in real life. But we'll have to be patient for a while.
THE MMW SLIDES COMING IN SUMMER 2023
Apparently, Nike and Williams don't want to start with the MMW Nike Slide until next summer (2023). We are excited to see how big the stick will be. We suspect that these things will be very difficult to get hold of. When the time comes, the shoe is sure to come on the SNKRS app. As soon as we have news about the release, you will find it in our release calendar or in the blog . Or download our free app and save your favorite releases. It's pretty easy and you'll always have all the information with just two clicks. What do you think of the MMW slides?
