After the silhouette has fallen off a bit in recent years, Nike has recently brought more and more good releases to the Nike Dunk High. So if you’re currently looking for a specific silhouette model, you’ve found it now. On this page you will find all current, older and future releases of the Dunk High – clearly summarized for you.
The history of the Dunks is impressive, both on the street and on the basketball court. In the late 80s, the shoe celebrated a first appearance in Hollywood. But it wasn’t until the skateboarding era, i.e. the 90s, that the Dunk High really became popular and at its peak was one of the most popular sneakers of the time. Then, after the Wu-Tang Dunk was released in 1999, more strong collaborations paved the way for the future of the silhouette.
The difference is obvious, because compared to the Dunk Low, the High simply has a higher shaft, which should protect against ankle injuries. From the sizing, by the way, you can take exactly the same size as the normal low-top. Only the Nike SB Dunk, with its padded tongue, must be taken half a size larger.
While the first drops were always incredibly quickly out of stock, it is now much easier to get a high. Of course, the shoe appears regularly in the Nike online store, but retailers like JD Sports or size? are often in on the action as well.
