We've got the first pictures of the Civilist Air Force 1

The Berlin skate shop Civilist and Nike have already done three collaborations together. A dunk high , two Janoski's and the legendary dunk low . Now there are first pictures of a Civilist Air Force 1, which also comes with a heat reactive upper. All information about the shoe can be found here.

The special thing about the last Nike Dunk was the heat-reactive upper. The colourway was inspired by the DIY rave scene in Berlin in the late 80s. The design is thus a homage to Berlin Mitte, the district where the skate shop is at home. The Berlin scene is characterized by an underground mentality that, after a hard working week, celebrated and still celebrates freedom at the weekend in a high-spirited and expressive way. The design reflects the expression with the heat-reactive upper and its switch from black leather to an explosive colourway. Just as the clubs in Berlin Mitte heat up, the colors of the shoe only become visible when the temperature is getting hotter - a sign of a good time, then as well as now.

Like its predecessor, the Air Force 1 seems to be inspired by the scene and is the sequel of the collaboration, so to speak. The upper comes completely with the heat-active leather. The sole is white and is rounded with rubber The "AIR" logo on the midsole is pink. On the outer heel is the Civilist logo in white. The laces are white, but there seems to be an alternate red pair. At least that's what it looks like in the pictures. On the tongue is the typical Civilist smiley. We like.

Since we don't have any official information from Nike or Civilist yet, we don't know when the Civilist Air Force 1 is supposed to come out.
