A Sacai Nike Cortez is set to arrive next year

We are huge fans of the collaboration between Sacai and Nike. Even if the ideas have been pretty run down recently because there have simply been too many colors and triple collabos. But we're still celebrating our first green Nike LD Waffle as we did on the first day. Rumor has it that a Cortez from Sacai is coming next year.

Why did they choose a Cortez? It's clear: the Nike Cortez is celebrating its 50th anniversary next year. Sacai is therefore not the only brand to model the silhouette. Some may remember the first pictures of the Nike Cortez Union LA. We are very happy about the collabos, because the Cortez has simply fallen into oblivion and urgently needs to be brought back into the spotlight. The Botte is great.

In 1972, the first Nike Cortez Classic OG Leather was released in 1972. Since we have neither pictures nor any other information about the rumor, take a look at Sneakersnstuff, where you can already buy the OG. To spread more rumors: We strongly assume that Sacai, or rather Chitose Abes, will return to their tried and tested ideas. We therefore expect a range of colorways and the familiar stacked details on the Swoosh branding, tongues, laces and soles.
