OVERKILL x New Balance Berlin - City of Values Pack

Berlin is colorful, loud and flashy. The city stands for good electronic dance music like no other metropolis. If you think about which sneaker store also stands for electro music, the choice immediately falls on OVERKILL and its team. So it's all the less surprising that OVERKILL has now teamed up with New Balance and dedicated the collabo to this music genre.The OVERKILL x New Balance "Berlin - City of Values" pack consists of two silhouettes, namely the M1530 and a new, modern version of the M1500. Even at first glance, you immediately notice that each silhouette has a different color theme. This is deliberate, because if you look at the electro scene in Berlin, you can immediately see a very clear stylistic division between two very different subcultures. On the one hand, the famous techno clubs are packed with people in jet-black outfits. On the other hand, Berlin is known for its dazzling, pulsating atmosphere beyond the street walls, especially because of raves like the Love Parade or Gay Pride. And yet, despite the obvious differences between the individual cultures, parties and people, Berlin celebrates together. True to the motto: Equality, Unity & Diversity, if we take a closer look at the pack, we notice that the New Balance M1500 clearly plays on the classic retro component. The colorful upper in pastel colors shines in particular with its high-quality materials and reflective 3M details. The NB M1530 version, on the other hand, comes in a deep black monochrome colorway. The pack will be released on June 22 exclusively at the OVERKILL store in Berlin-Kreuzberg. But of course the release will also be celebrated afterwards with an open air rave at Else, one of Berlin's best locations for techno and house parties in the open air. Let's rave together!!!
