Wednesday was the day. As I had already announced in this post, we went to the Nike showroom in Paris. Christopher and I (Silvi) were invited by Nike to take a closer look at the new Tech Pack and shoot the clothes, but this time we weren't just foot models as usual, but were completely head-to-toe in front of the camera and were allowed to pose in the new Nike Tech Pack. In collaboration with talented creatives, a few pieces of art were created that I don't want to withhold from you. Once we arrived at the Nike showroom, we were allowed to make ourselves comfortable on a huge couch until the other guests arrived and when we were all ready, designer Jess Lomax, Nike Sportswear Senior Inline Innovation Designer, who designed the Womens Tech Pack products with her team, introduced the items and talked about her inspiration and the process of creating the collection. The creative process took 6 months, another 1.5 years have passed since then, during which the items were put through their paces and then finally launched on the market. This means that the items were worn and washed beforehand to see how the materials would behave. All this is just to optimize the quality and to guarantee us consumers that everything is as it should be. It was super interesting to see the whole thing and to be able to ask questions. my creative partner was Joanna Ham, who has her very own style that is not so mainstream. Black and white, inverted and great attention to detail. My face is not immediately recognizable at first glance and looks quite altered and edited, but that's the way it is with art. I can't take that too seriously :) My absolute favorite from the picture series is the one with the Roshe 2 Flyknit. Combined with Swoosh socks, the look is simply perfect. The whole outfit can be seen in the picture where I'm wearing the Nike Air Max 1 Flyknit You can look forward to the result and Christopher's impressions! His creative was Emilio Gomariz. Emilio is known for his colorful animations in the style of the 90s. Very very nice! I'm already super excited. Incidentally, we were styled by Soki Mak and her assistant. Soki Mak is also the woman Travis Scott styled for his latest cover for Exit Magazine. So you can imagine how honored I was to work with her. Soki has worked with some famous people and has a lot to say about it. These include Pamela Anderson, Amber Rose and Carmen Electra. Just brilliant. The stories were pretty entertaining too! The Nike Tech Pack is already available by the way.Definitely check out the jackets and tops. I'm totally in love with them and can't wait to combine them in different ways. The jackets are not only sporty, but can also be perfectly combined with a dress or feminine cuts. Incidentally, the items are true to size. So stick to your size. Don't worry, nothing will be too tight. The items fit quite loosely.until next time,Silvi
