Nike presents the Tech Pack Collection Fall 2014

Sportswear without fleece is simply unthinkable. Nike has revisited the material and its production and developed the timeless basic into a modern must-have. With Nike Tech Fleece at its core, the new Nike Tech Pack Collection now offers even more functionality, unusual shapes and new interpretations of traditional Nike sportswear styles. Since the line's debut in 2007, Nike Tech Pack has stood for forward-looking design and a focus on uncompromising functionality. Nike Tech Fleece was added for the first time in 2013. The collection for fashion-conscious athletes reinterprets the classic Nike sportswear silhouettes through the modern functional material and offers outstanding breathability, insulation and freedom of movement.This season, the Nike Tech Pack Collection is expanded by two essential models with a focus on movement and environmental protection:The women's collection is complemented by the Nike Tech Butterfly Jacket, which elegantly plays with feminine proportions. An oversized hood and dolman sleeves that end in a tight, feminine cuff offer maximum freedom of movement and ensure an attractive fit. An asymmetrical front zipper and contrast color pull tabs complete the new look. In addition to the Nike Tech Butterfly Jacket, the Nike Tech FZ Hoodie, the Nike Tech Funnel and the Nike Tech Pants are part of the new women's collection, while a legend has been reinterpreted for men: The Nike Tech Windrunner IRD is the modern version of the jacket designed in 1978 for Nike-sponsored runners, which has become an absolute street style statement. A water-repellent and shiny woven outer material, taken from the original, provides better protection from the rain and at the same time emphasizes the classic chevron aesthetic of the jacket. A hood with an extended front section and reflective zipper tabs emphasize the special concept. Also in the men's collection: Nike Tech AW77, Nike Tech FZ Hoody, Nike Tech Crew and Nike Tech Pant.The Nike Tech Pack Collection for Fall / Holiday2014 with Tech Fleece will be available from August 21, 2014 at nike.com/techpack. From August 28, 2014, the collection will also be available at selected Nike Sportswear retailers.
