Nike Air Current "BRED" - custom
I had somewhat forgotten about the red and black Nike Current recently. I've owned them for a few weeks now and have only actually worn them once for a short time, but the Current was an impulse buy on eBay, but unfortunately in the absolute wrong CW. The yellow Volt is really not my favorite color from Nike, but at the price of 58€ shipped I could cope with that quite well. Besides, I had already seen some well-made "customs" of the Current before, so I wanted to try them out myself, and I know a lot of people who don't like the Current or the Air Flow at all. To be honest, I can't understand that, because the shape of the Current or the Air Flow is actually a prime example of an appealing running silhouette, and I didn't use Angelus Paint for the coloring of the side panels as many have assumed. I simply bought a textile marker in red on eBay and used it. Of course, the process with such a textile marker is much more time-consuming than with Angelus Paint, but the result is still impressive. The color has to be applied much more often, but with such a pen it's really not a lot of work.the Nike Air Current is unfortunately only available in the stores in exceptional cases. But there are still a few sizes available on
eBay.de
or The from Dresden still hasone or two pairs
available.By the way, I also bought the textile marker directly from , it was just a wash and for a lousy €1.95 a piece you can easily pack some.By the way, I don't know at the moment whether I'll really leave the Nike Air Current "BRED" as it is. My original plan was to make an "All Black" Current, which is still possible. I think I'll rock the "BRED" for a few weeks now and then get back to it, but if any of you want to "bake" a custom Current, feel free to show me the pictures of the finished shoe. I'm really interested in how you interpret the Current, so don't forget me when you've finished your botte ...Knowledge
