Mules, slides, whatever it is, we love it when we can just slip into shoes. We would love to wear them all year round, but because of the cold, that usually only lasts until autumn. New Balance handles the mules a little differently, because instead of a summery slide, the brand offers 2002r's to slip on. Good at first, because you can certainly rock them all autumn long until your heels get cold. However, the sight takes getting used to.

You all know the 2002r. He's on everyone's lips and rightly so. So it's not surprising that New Balance chose this silhouette. There really isn't much to say about the design. The laces have simply been left out and the heel has simply been cut off, et voila: mule. Somehow nice and somehow the shoes remind us of 50+ German Grandpa slippers. We're still unsure.
