Kane Holz and the new adidas Originals NMD_R2 in Warsaw

I told you all about the successor to the adidas Originals NMD_R1 at the beginning of last week. My colleague Knuckler Kane was in Paris some time ago and took the NMD_R2 to an abandoned college for architects to capture extraordinary images of the new NMD in this awe-inspiring setting.Last weekend, Kane traveled to Warsaw to photograph the black colorway of the new NMD_R2 in two more abandoned places. The first shoot took place in an old factory that has produced all kinds of engines, tractors and motorcycles over the past one hundred years. The imagery alone shows why abandoned places like this still provide inspiration for photography, music or other acoustic and visual works of art today.

The second shoot took place in the ruins of an old textile factory at the other end of Warsaw. A wonderfully large building with lots of space, its maturing beauty perfect for urban exploration. As with the first shoot, Kane was photographed by Warsaw-based Paulina Gabriela aka @gaaabrielyan, who perfectly stages the new NMD_R2 in this deserted place.
