adidas Kamanda - latest pickup

A few weeks ago, I was lucky enough to get a pair of the previously unreleased adidas Kamanda in my desired size. I've had the model with me since Fashion Week and have already posted the odd on-feet picture here and there, which ultimately led to you storming my inboxes on all kinds of channels.So that I don't have to answer all your questions over and over again, I thought I'd ( similar to the Yeezy Boost 700 Wave Runner ) write a little blog post about the Kamanda, in which I can hopefully answer all your questions. Good idea, right? The design of the Kamanda somehow reminds me of the adidas Prophere, just in a much narrower and more premium version. Both models have a similarly striking profile on the sole, although the sole construction of the Kamanda is somehow much more successful. The upper appears to be "embedded" in the sole, which is probably also due to the raised wave design on the side of the sole. Some of you have asked whether this is somehow annoying or pinching. I can answer this question with a clear conscience with "NO". The upper material of the adidas Kamanda is made of black nubuck, which is very unagitated and clean compared to the sole. The adidas-typical three stripes are indicated by a perforation on the side. The golden adidas Kamanda logo on the side is a further reference to the manufacturer of the Kamanda. The "signature move" of adidas - namely the horizontal stripes on the toebox like on the 93/17 or some NMD models - can also be found on the model. Overall, the shoe is a real success, especially thanks to the use of high-quality materials, and I was lucky with the size, as my friend Till only had a UK10.5 = ( US11) available. So I went down half a size, but I'm doing really well with it. I still have enough room in the shoe, although the shape is really bombastically pointed and you would think that there is relatively little room in the toebox area. That's not the case, so I can only advise you to buy the shoe at least TTS, and you should be wary of the keyword "buy", because there is currently no information about an official release date for the adidas Kamanda. I'm also eagerly awaiting information, as I could well imagine having more colorways in my collection. Sure - the Dragonball collabo is already confirmed, but it's still a long way off!
