Nike Waffle One - on feet

It is nearly time! The official release of the new Nike Waffle One is imminent, even though some colourways have already gone online here and there. In this article we show you some on-feet pictures as well as detailed shots to give you a better impression of the model.

First of all, the most important question: How does the Nike Waffle One turn out? For us absolutely true to size or rather slightly smaller. I'm wearing a US11.5 in the Waffle One, like the ones I wear in the Air Force, for example. But if you like to wear thick socks, go up half a size. So you are on the safe side!

There is actually a bit to tell about the look itself. The upper consists of an airy mesh, which is perfect for the next summer months. The accents are set by the suede attachments, which sit together with the mesh on the double midsole. All in all a well-rounded thing, even if of course each of us knows where the inspiration for the new style comes from.

At first I thought about whether the heel of the shoe would be too uncomfortable for me, but there were no problems even without socks. So if you were worried about that, you can relax. Nothing should happen to your heel, whether with or without socks.

At the moment, Nike and a few other shops have two color variants that I particularly like: light gray & poisonous green! I find the colorway presented here a bit too girly, even if it belongs to the classic Nike colourways. Maybe just drop by Nike yourself and let yourself be surprised by the selection:
