Union LA founder Chris Gibbs works with his wife Beth Gibbs of Bephies Beauty Supply (BBS) for the Air Jordan collaboration. There will be a Union LA Jordan 1 High Woven and the Jordan 1 Elevate. Bephies Beauty Supply already has experience with Air Jordan collaborations. She released two Air Jordan 7s in 2022 to celebrate the model's 30th anniversary.

Founded in 2020, the Bephies Beauty Supply brand aims to engage the community with the tangible aspects of black culture. The brand focuses on unique WOC artists and entrepreneurs who redefine beauty and fashion with vibrant, powerful and individual expressions.

The Union LA BBS Jordan 1 Elevate High comes in the colors Sail, Kinetic Green, Muslin, Gum Yellow, Cone and Pale Ivory. The shoe has a similar design to the Jordan 1 High and features woven elements throughout. Notable details include green Swooshes, exposed stitching, "BBS" branding on heels, yellow "UN/LA" signature tag on side, orange Wings logo on ankle and "Nike Air" tag Branding on the insole. The shoe is equipped with a sail midsole and a rubber outsole. It also includes an extra set of laces and a special box.
