Nike Space Hippie 01 Obsidian

This week two more colorways will be released on the Space Hippie 01. In addition to the Nike Space Hippie 01 Obsidian shown here, another colorway is also introduced on the silhouette. As usual, you can get all the information here from us.

The Space Hippie is all about the concept of "Trash Transformed". The Space Hippie 01 consists of at least 50% recycled materials from the upper to the outsole.

The "Space Waste" yarn in the upper is made from 85% recycled polyester from plastic bottles, t-shirts and yarn waste. The soft Crater Foam midsole combines Nike Grind with a combination of foams for stability and a unique look. The insole of the shoe was made from ZoomX foam scraps and offers the same cushioning that is also used in Nike's NEXT% running shoes for ultimate comfort.

The Space Hippie shoes are now sent in the shoe box without further packaging. And this box is made from recycled materials printed with plant-derived ink. All this leads to an innovation with our smallest carbon footprint yet - the Nike Space Hippie collection.

When can I buy the Nike Space Hippie 01 Obsidian?

The official release date of the two Space Hippie sneakers is still this week. To be more precise, the shoes will be released on March 23, 2021 in the sneaker online shops listed here. The release will take place as always at 09:00!
