A true OG is coming our way in the next few days. With the Nike Air Max III Radiant Red, or the Air Max 90 Infrared as most people should know it, Nike is bringing back a true classic with history to online retailers.

In 1990, the history of the Air Max took a fateful turn with the debut of a silhouette that went beyond its original function as a performance running shoe. The younger generation knows this version as the "Air Max 90", but when it was re-released, the design was considered an evolution of the original Air Max from 1987 and named the Air Max 3.

This edition celebrates the timeless style by taking the initial moniker and reconstructing the earliest version with an unparalleled dedication to detail. This includes the original design with tapered midsole foam and an encapsulated airbag in the forefoot. The look comes in classic colors and is in no way inferior to the first edition in terms of materials with soft, durable synthetic leather and shimmering nylon. Even the shoe box with its retro tag is inspired by the original packaging of the Air Max.

When can you buy the Nike Air Max III Radiant Red?

This Air Max III will be available as early as next week. More precisely, it will go online on Saturday, November 28, 2020. The release will then start at 9:00 am, as we are used to from Nike.
