Legendary designer Tinker Hatfield pioneered the design of many famous Nike silhouettes, but one shoe changed the game forever. The shoe that first introduced the world to the visible Air element had to start somewhere, after all. And the "Sketch to Shelf" draws inspiration from the shoe's original design process. With a black upper and white detailing, the entire upper of this version jumps on Tinker's design cues. The heel features Tinker Hatfield's signature. The words "SAMPLE, PROPERTY OF NIKE NOT FOR RESALE" adorn the inner lining.
