The "Superstuffed" sneaker takes the original colorway of the adidas Superstar with the white upper and black 3-Stripes and heel tab, but stuffs the tongue and ankle collar for a unique, skate sneaker-inspired look. Gold branding on the right side displays "SUPERSTAR" and on the left, "SUPERSTUFFED" is shown on the sneaker.

The collaboration comes in a special co-branded box with Kerwin's face on the top. The sneaker is also equipped with 5 times more inner lining than a regular Superstar.
