The devastating fires in Australia or the never-ending and largely deliberate deforestation fires in the Amazon basin are just the most prominent examples of the rapid deterioration of living conditions for all living creatures on this planet.

The Triple Zero takes this issue to heart and wants to draw attention to a circumstance that affects us all.

The model, an Ultimate - made in Germany, of course - was not only made from previously used B-75 fire hoses, but the lining fabric is also made from original firefighter jackets that have also been in use. Other materials include calf suede, 3M reflective stripes and pigskin.

Kangaroos donates a portion of the proceeds from the sale of this model to KANGAROOSANCTUARY.COM, which cares for injured or separated marsupials, of which there are unfortunately quite a few since last year's fire.

As with all Ultimate models, the patented DYNACOIL cushioning system is located in the midsole. For all those who still want a sidefactor: Triple Zero, meaning "000", also stands for the emergency number in Australia.

If you are really planning to buy the Made in Germany KangaROOS, I think you can be relatively relaxed. The shoe is top and super processed and has a large fanbase, but we still think that it is definitely within the realm of possibility to get hold of this sneaker.
