For those who don't know Teyana Taylor, she's multi-talented. She is extremely talented as a choreographer, dancer, actress and singer. At the age of 15 she was already working as a choreographer for Beyoncé. In 2007, she signed to Pharrell and released her debut single a year later. Since then she has also been active as an actress. She's from Harlem and always supports her homeland. In 2020, together with Nike, she brought the first Air Jordan Women's Flight Capsule Collection.
The Teyana Taylor Jordan 1 CMFT 2 A Rose From Harlem is inspired by her single “Rose In Harlem”. Although it's been almost half a decade since it was released, Teyana Taylor has undoubtedly kept the same energy and added eye-catching details to her design. These include the thorny red Swoosh on the right shoe and the enlarged logo on the left side. “A Rose In Harlem” is written on the inside of the shoe. The tongue logo features “TEY” on the right side and a Swoosh with roses on the left side. The color scheme is inspired by the iconic Chicago OG and is a bit reminiscent of the Travis Scott collabs and the Union Jordan 1 with its yellow laces.
