Last year some sneakers were released with Nike's Happy Pineapple. One of the most unique features of the sneaker is the use of pineapple leather. The material offers a sustainable quality that shows in the slightly fibrous texture of the upper. The pair's colorway appropriately borrows tropical elements, with their inserts alternating between three different but equally bright shades of yellow. A green tab then meets the heel as a further nod to the fruit itself which sits on the back of the tongue as a special detail.

The Pineapple SB Dunk appeared in the SNKRS app today. The SB Dunk will be released on June 18, 2022 and will be available from 09:00 CEST.
