So folks, here we go again: after a short "summer break" we are finally back with a new Weekly Rotation. The weather has simply been too unstable for me to go out every day in the last few weeks. Either it was too wet or way too warm, so I paused the series for a few weeks to continue at full throttle again and I hope you enjoy the 15th edition of the Weekly Rotation.Monday: adidas Originals Tubular X Knit Core BlackThe new Tubular X from adidas seems to be a really popular model. I know people who couldn't identify with the first Tubular at all, but celebrate the thing to the ground. I haven't worn mine that often so far, but the new Tubular X will become a permanent fixture in my wardrobe over the next few weeks. Although I'm normally more of a classic round-toe type. Tuesday: adidas Spirit of the GamesMy new adidas Spirit of the Games always puts a smile on my face. :) The condition of the shoe is just perfect and I don't own many shoes with such a great shape. The thing is from 1984 and just stands there like a charm! 31 years....tells me something else about quality. Wednesday: Nike Air Presto BRThe black Presto is currently one of my most-worn sneakers. Not because of the model itself, but because the colorway simply goes with every outfit. Black and white always works. I'm excited about the new Presto with the tech fleece upper. They are bomb! Thursday: Reebok Furylite All BlackI wore the Reebok Furylite All Black for the first time last week. All Black isn't quite my thing, but the Furylite itself is quite alright. With the cut-outs on the side, it's a classic summer shoe. Unfortunately, my Furylite in the US12 is a bit too big. The US11.5 would have fitted me better. Friday: ASICS Gel Lyte V OGMy new Gel Lyte V OG: A good piece with a long history. Sometimes you just have to give shoes a second chance to get a lot of love back. Check out the blog post about it, then you'll know what I mean. :D Saturday: miadidas Tubular NativeI wear the miadidas Tubular Native relatively often. I don't always wear them all day, but I do wear them here and there. The pattern is amazing and the whole shoe is designed exactly how I want it. I like it! Definitely one of my best miadidas creations. Sunday: adidas Ultra Boost NeonI actually wanted to use the Ultra Boost Neon for jogging. In the meantime, I like it so much that I think I'll wait a little longer. I got the Ultra Boost Neon one size too big, but I'll just have to live with that. Maybe I'll rock the thing loud until it's dirty and then use it for the forest or something. We'll see. So, that's it for this week. Next week we'll continue with the 16th edition of the Weekly Rotation. My personal favorite from this edition is the adidas Spirit of the Games. simply a great shoe that is simply older than me.
