So folks, here we are again with our Weekly Rotation. It's going quite well so far and I hope you're happy with it too, and for this issue I've got some help from my colleague Jan Seifert. Jan runs a new small blog where he writes about his sneakers on a weekly basis. I've known Jan for a good year and we actually meet regularly at the local sneaker conventions. Searched for over twelve months, then finally found it and have been wearing it ever since. My absolute favorite, I would buy it four times over if the price wasn't currently so terribly high. Still the best GelLyte V on the market today, by far. Tuesday: New Balance 997GYThe new edition of the New Balance 997GY, made in the USA. The piece is a power, simple colorway, a bombastic workmanship and a dream on the foot - a must have of every collection. Wednesday: Adidas ZX Flux ConsortiumNumber 15 of 250, one of the first Fluxes to be released in 2014 along with the F&F and Black Elements Pack. Comfortable as hell and definitely one of my most worn shoes in the closet, everything about it just fits. What Adidas pulled out of the hat with the Flux. This one is not my only one and will certainly not be my last. Thursday: Ronnie Fieg x ASICS Gel Lyte III MiamiFirst of all, the soundtrack to the shoe: https://www.vevo.com/watch/will-smith/miami/USSM20100678Wie as Will Smith would say? party in the city where the heat is on, all night on the beach till the break of dawn, welcome to miami! :DThe ECP from Ronald, in this case the Miami, the best summer shoe I know of, this thing just blows everything away as soon as the sun comes out. Friday: Le Coq Sportif x HAL LCS R1000 Black SwanA swan, a black one! Highs and Lows have once again proven what they are capable of. I'm a big fan of the Australians and the Le Coq is not the only collabo I own. A really nice shoe, I still don't understand why it was relatively quiet. Saturday: Packer Shoes x Asics Gel Lyte III Dirty Buck2015, 25 years of Asics Gel Lyte III, 12 collabos in total this year and the one from Packer Shoes has convinced me the most to date. Everyone else, including the Koi from Afew, can pack it in. Materials, colorway, leather lining, soft as butter on the foot, so damn good. If you don't have it yet, you should get it! And if you already have it, double it :D Sunday: Nike Flyknit Trainer MulticolorA day on which I unfortunately had a little less time, so only three photos today ;)What do you need as soon as the temperatures rise above 20 degrees? A Flyknit! Besides the Rosherun from Nike, I'm a big fan of various Flyknit models in summer, my favorite being the Trainer Multicolor from 2013.
