Supreme x Nike Air Humara
And once again it's Wednesday and we should take a look at tomorrow's Supreme drop. What can we expect this week? Of course, the Nike and Supreme collabo has been making the rounds on social media for days now. Reviled by some, loved by others, there will be a collection based around the Nike Air Humara. The sneaker and the matching apparel range, consisting of a jacket, track pants and caps, will be available in four bold colorways. The simplest choice will be the black colorway. As many of you are wondering why Supreme chose the Nike Air Humara for this collabo, we should also take a look at the history of the former trail shoe: The OG made its debut in 1998 and was designed by none other than Nike designer Peter Fogg (Nike Running, ACG Lines). Originally, the shoe was not supposed to be launched at all. Nike devolopers didn't believe in the concept and wanted to stop development and production. Only the marketing team around Fogg believed in the vision of the shoe and fought for the release. So it's all the more commendable that Supreme has revisited the long-forgotten silhouette and tomorrow's drop of the Supreme x Nike Air Humara will be as follows: The Nike Air Humara sneaker will only release online in both the States and Europe. The rest of the collabo will also be released instore in New York, Brooklyn, Los Angeles, London and Paris.
