Solemart 2014 - Photo recap

I was at the Berlin Solemart last weekend. For me personally, it was the first Solemart, so of course I was very excited beforehand and luckily I had the opportunity to travel by plane and stay with my buddy Hauke, who I met in person for the first time in Berlin. Hauke, also known as the rapper Crystal F, is a really nice guy and we had a good time together. Thanks again for the place to sleep, Digga! There was definitely a lot to see at the fair itself, although I personally didn't see enough real hits. There was a lot of vintage stuff, a lot of the three stripes and other stuff to marvel at, but the real boards were missing. Solebox was probably the only exception with some really good Asics samples. Unfortunately, the prices were also really outrageous! :)On Saturday, Solemart also hosted an event by K-Swiss, who are currently trying to reposition themselves on the sneaker market. Personally, I liked some things quite well, but some things not at all. Overall, however, I can say that the event was quite nice, the presentation very cool and the burgers very good. Let's see to what extent the people from K-Swiss manage to get their piece of the cake back, but Sunday was a bitter disappointment for me personally. The weather was bad, which was also reflected in the visitor numbers. There were definitely too few visitors for the big Berlin, which I personally found very strange and a shame. I would have expected a much bigger crowd, but all in all, the trip was definitely worth it for me personally. I met some cool people (and Wilma, the dog! :D), laughed a lot and ate well. Oh yes, and I also got a pair of shoes - so it couldn't have been better! :)Last but not least, a few pictures provided by my colleague Michael from Runnerwally . Have fun with it!
