Snipes x Nike Air Force 1 Customization Lab - RECAP

The Air Force 1 hasn't just been an all-time classic since yesterday. We have been enjoying the former basketball silhouette for 35 years and still can't escape its spell. Reason enough for Snipes to celebrate the anniversary and so a very special event took place in the store at Alexanderplatz in Berlin from 9 to 11 November: Germany's largest sneaker retailer invited people to attend the Nike Air Force 1 Customization Lab in a relaxed atmosphere with well-known faces such as Joey Bada$$, Prince Pi and Megaloh. A total of five creative minds - namely the fantastic Tornschuhjette, material maker Panda Custom Sneakers, shoemaker Lars Trucks, the Amsterdam brush queen Babette Broeren and tattoo artist Sebastian Hook - were on hand with help and advice to conjure up a little individualism on the Nike Air Force 1 mid "Triple White". Of course, the right background music was also provided and none other than DJ Clark Kent set the turntables ablaze on the first evening of the Customization Lab, which was officially "ladies first", with the gentlemen of creation also allowed to lend a hand on the following evenings. Anyone who wanted to call a larger project their own could secure one of the coveted slots with the customizers. Whether pony fur or doodles à la Vetements - at the end of the evening, everyone was able to call a unique Nike Air Force 1 mid their own, and of course we also collected a few impressions of the three evenings.
