Reebok World Best - latest pickup

The original version of the Reebok World Best was first released in the late 80s. I came across the retro, which actually only came out this year, by chance at KLEKT because the guys also wrote a little review about the shoe.The Reebok World Best is a very classic sneaker and actually offers exactly what I expect from a good retro runner. The upper consists of a mixture of synthetic leather overlays and nylon on the toebox and tongue. The colorway, a mix of old white and eggshell yellow, is only accentuated by a classic red and blue and is wonderfully unagitated, with the retro's narrow and pointed silhouette certainly standing out, which is still a feast for the eyes despite this year's redesign. Other companies always have a lot of trouble getting the shapes of the OG's to look exactly like the original OG models. However, this doesn't seem to be the case with Reebok, as the new editions of the Reebok Bolton or Reebok Aztec have turned out to be absolutely successful shoes.When sizing the Reebok World Best OG, there's actually not much to consider. I wear a US 11 (usually US 11.5), as in most Reebok models. Initially, the shoe is still relatively narrow, but this should settle after a few hours. One thing I should say up front: the sole is made of EVA, the sole material that has dominated the sneaker scene for years. We're not talking about some "air-cushioned high-tech boost-recovery-smudge-recovery-sole" here, but about a normal sneaker that has been professionally catapulted into our time by Reebok. Accordingly, the comfort is of course different to what you're used to from adidas NMD, Ultra Boost or Nike Air.
