Puma x Alife - next collabo in sight

Puma is also making a brilliant start to the new year. After we were already spoiled with a few collabos between Alife and Puma in 2015, the third release of the joint collaboration now follows: the latest pack consists of two different Puma R698s and a Blaze of Glory. The Blaze of Glory somehow doesn't tick me off at all and is strongly reminiscent of the ACG-inspired Huarache light by size? that was released last year. The colorway is actually almost identical. The peach-colored Puma R698 is much better. The color is really nice and looks really fresh in combination with the matching clothes. The black R698 is more standard for me. Even the Alife logo on the toebox doesn't help. :)By the way, my favorite piece from the collection is the Alife jersey. I'm generally into this "football streetwear stuff" à la Palace. Add the black sweater and the outfit is just right. At least on top. :)I find it a bit unfortunate that Puma has gone back to tried and tested models. I like the brand itself, but somehow this uniformity of the same models has become a bit too much for me. That sounds a lot nastier than I mean, but in the end it's the truth. I'm still eagerly awaiting the retros of the Duplex or Mirage, but by now I think I'm done with it. Hopefully Puma will come up with something innovative this year if I'm not allowed to enjoy the retros. The official release for the new collection should take place in February.
