The Pigalle x NikeLab Summer 2017 Collection

It's all about fashion in Paris at the moment - that's right, it's Fashion Week again. So it's no wonder that the Parisian label Pigalle is coming around the corner with a new collabo with NikeLab.The Summer Collection was inspired by basketball apparel from the 90s. A golden era of basketball in the States. The range will consist of items such as fleece sweaters, headwear, shorts, a track suit and a windbreaker. In our eyes, however, the key pieces of the collection are clearly the reinterpreted versions of the Nike Shake NDestrukt - Dennis Rodman's signature sneaker at the time. "As a daily basketball player, I developed very early this idea of an on-court and off-court approach. For example, I was known to play in a chino short with a white tank and some Nike Air Raids. As soon as the game finished, I put back on my shirt and my hat. I could easily spend all day in this outfit. There was no need to change."
