Somehow, however, this was canceled by Nike, so of course a lot of stores bought large quantities, which they are now more or less stuck with. Nike SB is currently proving really difficult as a brand, unless it's an official collabo or a cool retro. But I don't care, because after treating myself to a high-top Nike SB Denim Dunk last year, I had to get my hands on the flat version. As you can imagine, the hype surrounding the "Denim Pack" ultimately failed to materialize after the renaming and both models disappeared into oblivion. It's a shame, because both models are really good in terms of workmanship and choice of materials. At first, I was a little worried about the denim, as many brands have made a real mess of this in the past. However, the right material was chosen for the "Denim Pack", so you don't have to worry about that - by the way, I stuck with the US 11.5 size. I wear the same size in all Dunks, so there were no surprises here either, and if you're planning to buy one of the two models, I strongly recommend the Dunk. The Air Force II is also cool, but in my opinion it doesn't come close to the Dunk. Mainly because I also find the Air Force II super clunky, and my highlight of the Dunk is the fat padded tongue. Nothing has been "deconstructed" or left out - NO! Nike has basically wrapped the original Nike SB Dunk in denim. That's it! If you're interested in the model, take a look directly at HHV. Both models are already available there with a small discount of 10%, and since mom taught us all to save money, this is probably the cheapest alternative at the moment.
