We proudly present: The M2K Tekno

So, there you have it. The M2K Tekno, in the currently extremely popular "John Elliot" colorway, has finally found its way to us on the blog and we at Dead Stock have been big fans of the model from the very beginning. My buddy Damian showed me the M2K Tekno a few months ago and the silhouette has already been teased at various fashion shows around the world, with the first colorways of the M2K Tekno making it to Germany in June. We got our model from the Snipes online store, which was the only store besides Onygo to sell this colorway online. It is not yet clear when other stores will follow suit with the men's sizes. However, I assume that we can expect a release for men next month. I'm sure you're now expecting this blog post to give you information about the sizing of the M2K Tekno. We can also give you a relatively reliable assessment, but don't forget that we had a woman's shoe in front of the camera for this article. Worn by a real guy. ? The M2K Tekno is priced at €100, which I think is an absolutely fair price. adidas has shown with the Falcon and many other models that a good shoe can also be affordable. You don't always have to break out the crowbar and sell shoes for 275 euros, as was recently the case with the VaporMax Inneva. Sure, we're comparing apples and oranges here. Nevertheless, I think the comparison is somehow appropriate. Back to sizing: My buddy wears a 41 (=26.5cm) in the M2K Tekno. For the women's model, he went to the same CM and says the shoe is true to size. I would like to correct this, because normally we men have to take women's shoes a bit bigger. In my opinion, the M2K should therefore be half a size larger. My buddy Willy has already confirmed something similar, as he even went down a full size in his M2K. Overall, I have to say that Nike has created the legitimate successor to the Air Monarch with the M2K Tekno. Only somehow cooler, more stylish and better! Somehow it's also funny that there's so much hype about the Air Monarch. After all, the Monarch is or was the epitome of the dad sneaker and the target of thousands of memes and jokes in the past. So you can see how quickly things can change in the "fashion world".

WHERE WILL THE M2K TEKNO BE AVAILABLE?!

Yeah, it's not a bad question and I actually get asked it almost every day. Unfortunately, there are currently no official confirmations from the stores, but retailers such as Snipes, Kickz and Foot Locker have already indicated that they will be stocking the model.
