Has Louis Vuitton bought Supreme?

After the LV x Supreme collabo caused a medium-sized earthquake a few weeks ago, events now seem to be coming thick and fast. https://www.instagram.com/p/BPcahGOjbGz/Gerüchten reports that LVMH, the global leader in the luxury goods industry, has bought the American skate and streetwear brand for around 500 million US dollars, putting Supreme, which is after all one of the most popular brands on our scene, in the company of brands such as Dior, Givenchy, KENZO, Fendi and Henessy. After all, LV has well over 2,500 stores worldwide and the investment has to be recouped somehow. A Supreme store like this would certainly look good in Berlin - don't you think? But first we should wait for the official confirmation from LVMH and Supreme. Then we can start dreaming... ;-)
