FUN FACT ABOUT THE HANDBALL SPECIAL WM

The adidas Handball Spezial is a classic model that was originally released in 1979. Back then, the model was developed as an indoor shoe for handball players and was intended purely as a performance sneaker. Over the last few years, however, the Handball Spezial has evolved into THE lifestyle silhouette and is one of the most popular models in the adidas range in 2024.

HOW TO STYLE THE HANDBALL SPECIAL WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP

Three stripes from head to toe! That was the motto for our shoot for the Handball Special World Cup. For the top, I opted for the adidas x Palace polo from the joint collabo from 2018. It was gone super fast back then and is still one of my favorite pieces from the collabo. The pants are adidas pants from last year and are now sold out worldwide. It's really funny, because the hype for these pants only started after they were sold out!

More colorways of the Handball Special are currently available online at adidas. In addition to the latest release, you can currently choose from over 20 colorways, all options can be viewed via the corresponding buttons in the store. Many other current adidas models can be found in our release calendar or our free app. Most of the collaborations appear at CONFIRMED.
