ASICS Valentines Pack - Release info

As was to be expected, the sneaker industry is also providing us with one or two treats for this celebration.

The company ASICS is kicking things off with the Valentines Pack. The Valentines Pack includes a crisp red Gel Lyte V and a white and black Gel Lyte III.

The Gel Lyte V is definitely an absolute eye-catcher and, above all, a colorway that has never been seen before on the Gel Lyte V silhouette. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I can't remember a red Gel Lyte V. There was probably a general release in the States, but it didn't make it across the pond...
The insole of the Gel Lyte V was printed with a pattern of rose petals. The different shades of red on the upper are accentuated by white branding.

The white Gel Lyte III is not quite as eye-catching as the Gel Lyte V. The upper is made of synthetic materials in a mixture of cream and brown. The Gel Lyte III is said to be reminiscent of a box of chocolates...so in theory, you could kill two birds with one stone with this gift! Shoes and chocolate - it doesn't get any better than that!

My favorite of the two models is of course the Gel Lyte V. Anyone who knows me and my blog knows how much I like this model. Now I just hope that the Botte will also be released in men's sizes, then I would be perfectly happy...
