adidas Torsion Artillery - Release notes

adidas fires from all cylinders with the Torsion Artillery Lite! After more than 20 years, adidas Originals is bringing back the Torsion Artillery Lite, which was already very popular back then! Back in the early 90s, adidas Originals designed a previous version of the Artillery model for one of my childhood heroes: NBA star Tim "Penny" Hardaway.

The Artillery Lite Hi was one of the most technically advanced performance shoes at the time. The silhouette offers a combination of protection, performance and durability. The materials offer the wearer optimal stability and support the foot even during fast, lateral movements.

This year, the court performance sneaker becomes a functional silhouette for the streets. The technical features that made the shoe a true icon have of course been fully adopted.

The Torsion Artillery Lite comes in the OG colorway black with white details and in white with dark red, and will be available at selected retailers worldwide from 4 October 2014.
