adidas Skateboarding x Hélas - 80's Tennis Collection

The adidas Skateboarding x Hélas collection, inspired by classic tennis outfits from the 80s, will be released tonight at 00:00 in the adidas online store.I stumbled across the collection, which consists of over eight different pieces in total, by chance at Sneakerholics and hadn't heard about the collabo until now. It's a shame really, because I personally think that the collection deserves a lot more attention than it's getting now. The old-school tennis vibe that adidas and Hélas wanted to transport into the modern era with this collection seems to be back on the rise at the moment anyway. Pharrell Williams and his new Tennis HU sneakers are the best example of this.

HERE IS THE OVERVIEW OF THE ENTIRE COLLECTION

I already mentioned that the collection comprises a total of eight different pieces. However, there are two or three "key pieces" such as the tracksuit, the matchcourt and the four-panel cap that I would like to highlight in particular. As a big supporter of full suits, I was particularly taken with the tracksuit and the cap. Especially because you can't even get a Palace training jacket for the price of the whole suit! :D So the price is definitely fair, and to complete the outfit, the adidas Matchcourt should also be included. The sneaker is definitely cool, but for me personally it's probably just a bit too plain and "old-school". I think I would wear a Gazelle on the tracksuit. That fits too!
