adidas Futurecraft - a running shoe from the printer

Yesterday, something official from adidas landed in my inbox.adidas has apparently developed a new performance innovation that actually comes from a 3D printer. The aim is to focus on the individual needs of every single runner and thus design the perfect running shoe for each of us, all of which is supposed to happen directly in the respective stores. This means that the customer is directly involved in the manufacturing process of their personal running shoe. "The factory in the store", so to speak. I'm excited to see how the whole thing will be implemented and I'm sure I'll be one of the first to get one of these running shoes at the start.
