Air Jordan 3 Fire Red - The OG comes on August 6

*EDIT: June 27, 2022.*: In December we already told you about the upcoming re-release of the Air Jordan 3 Fire Red. Meanwhile there is a release date: on August 6th the OG will be available at SNKRS will be available. With a Nike logo. We can hardly believe it. Check out the new images below!

Our favorite brands rarely disappoint us before the end of the year. Nike really steps on the gas just before the end. The Nike SB Dunk Low First Avenue is coming later this year. And we can officially report that Nike has announced an OG for 2022. The 3 Fire Red is coming back as a retro. We can't wait for next year. When Nike drops a bomb like that, we're happy for a moment and then we immediately ask ourselves the next question: If the OG comes, which one might come next? We are very excited to see what else Nike has planned for us at the front. If the delivery bottlenecks don't thwart our plans.

THIS IS WHAT THE SNEAKER LOOKS LIKE

As most of you will know, the Jordan 3 hit the world and basketball courts in 1988. In addition to the Fire Red, the "White Cement" and "Black Cement" and of course the "True Blue" came out that year. The row of four was of course hugely celebrated then and still is today. Can we expect more colourways? The Fire Red is actually the absolute highlight for us. The colourway last came out in 2013 and before that six years earlier, in 2007. After eight years of waiting, we are of course already ready for the release. But we pull ourselves together and are happy to wait until the turn of the year. The best part of the long wait is that the OG re-release comes with the Nike logo. The others before that always came with the new Jumpman logo on the heel. Of course we want to have the old logo.
