Nike Air Max 1 Safari 2022 - new colourway, but without Atmos

Just because Air Max Day is over doesn't mean we can't expect anything more on the Nike Air Max front this year. Because in case you forgot, the Air Max 1 is celebrating its 35th birthday this year. So we can look forward to more releases throughout the year. Now the release of the Nike Air Max 1 Safari 2022 is coming up. All information about the shoe can be found here.

Some time ago we reported about some Air Max 1 mock-ups for 2022. Among them was, for example, the Nike Air Max 1 Skunk and the Air Max 1 La Ville Lumière . And we've already teased the Safari 2022. We are really surprised by all the new colourways and are really looking forward to the release.

For everyone who is into Air Max 1 , Safari is a known name. For everyone else: the colourway is hot and Atmos is largely to blame for that. We fondly remember both releases. The last one came in 2016 and it was the Nike Air Max 1 Safari x Atmos re-release . The new colourway is clearly based on the old Safari. It even goes so far that we also get a mini swoosh on the toe box and "just" a swoosh as the logo on the heel. The highlight is clearly the greyish safari print, which goes incredibly well with the light beige panels on the upper and the suede on the toe box. The Swoosh is light blue and other details are lemon yellow. The embroidered Swoosh on the heel is all dark green. We love the colors and we definitely need the shoe.

Unfortunately, we don't know when the Nike Air Max 1 Safari 2022 is about to release. But, the shoe will be released in the coming months for sure.
