New Balance isn't done celebrating the 991's 20th anniversary. Miami streetwear label Stray Rats has teamed up with the Boston-based sports brand to launch two new styles this month. All release information about the Stray Rats New Balance 991 Brown Purple can be found in this article.

Seen here are the two versions of the Stray Rats x New Balance 991 made at the Flimby Factory in the UK. According to New Balance, the colorful make-ups are inspired by brightly colored vintage robots and mech figures. The upper is made from premium pigskin combined with a soft nubuck overlay and reflective accents built into the tongue.

Both pairs also feature embroidered "//Stray" branding on the forefoot and co-branded sockliner. The design is rounded off by the visible ABSORB cushioning on the heel of the midsole.

When can I buy the Stray Rats New Balance 991 Brown Purple ?

The release date of the New Balance is in a few days. To be more precise, both colorways of the Stray Rats NB991 will be available in the online shops listed here from December 17, 2021. Until then, we have a tip for you:
