Solebox celebrates the 30th anniversary of adidas Equipment with a silhouette of their own! The Solebox x adidas EQT Proto, a never-before-seen prototype, is coming out in just a few days. You can get all release information here.

The silhouette was inspired by a racer, but unfortunately this version hasn't made it to the shelves, until now. The yellow and white colorway makes the sneaker unique, which is of course confirmed by the limitation to just 200 pairs. The shoe features yellow rubber caging with integrated lace eyelets inspired by Grand Prix racer gear and classic racing stripes. And the laces also feature reflective stripes, just like racing.

Reflective details on the toe box, heel and lacing ensure that the sneaker cannot be overlooked even in the dark. The 3 stripes have taken a new place and are in gray on the cushioning mid-sole, which is equipped with a red torsion bar for reinforcement.

Matching the racing theme, the EQT Proto comes in special packaging, the XXL version of a toy car box. And if you're lucky, you'll get a suitable Solebox racing car as a model car for your kicks.
