Having already released a Homer Dunk Low in 2004 and a Marge Dunk High in 2008, Nike SB will soon be releasing another Simpsons-inspired dunk. The Dunk Low shown here is reminiscent of Bart Simpson due to the yellow, red and blue colorway.

Unfortunately, these dunks are not an official collaboration between Nike and The Simpsons. These sneakers only owe their nickname to the colourway. To be precise, the upper in the playful yellow, orange and blue is reminiscent of the skin tone and the outfit of the beard. The white Swoosh is meant to represent the socks and soles on Bart's shoes. Finally, the green insole of the sneaker is another allusion to his means of transport, which is usually a green skateboard.

When can you buy the Nike SB Dunk Low Bart Simpson?

The Bart Simpson Dunk will appear on the Nike SNKRS App on May 7th, 2022. It is not yet clear whether the shoe will also appear in selected skate shops.

No store has confirmed this release yet. Since this release is a Nike SB sneaker, the Dunks will only be sold in skate shops or in the Nike SNKRS app. So you can probably get the shoes from our valued colleagues from Bonkers and Pivot.

The Nike SB Dunk with the item number BQ6817-602 is priced at around 120 euros as usual. It is also still unclear whether the sneaker will appear in a complete family size run. We're assuming it's more of a men's size run.
