Mizuno continues its partnership with Hanon and will soon release the Mizuno Contender Hanon. The two brands first worked together in 2020 and since then have released many collaborative projects in the sneaker and apparel sectors. Hanon is best known for offering limited editions and exceptional sneakers. No wonder they teamed up with Mizuno. The Japanese brand was founded in Osaka in 1906 and has been dealing with sporting goods ever since. In 1938, she founded the world's first sports-specific development and research laboratory and, above all, stands for innovation. For the new collab, the two brands chose the Contender silhouette, which has been part of the Mizuno catalog since 1995.

The Mizuno Contender Hanon convinces with an eye-catching and colorful design. The shimmering metallic gray upper is equipped with turquoise suede overlays, which fit perfectly into the cool color palette of the sneaker. The branding is chosen to match the collar area in ice blue. The look is rounded off by an extended mudguard, which extends all the way around and captures the otherwise extravagant design with its matt gray tone and thus creates the transition to the white midsole, which finally ends in a black rubber sole.
