Though the Nike Dunk Low has come a long way since 1985, the sneaker has never lost sight of its college basketball roots. Recently, Peter Moore's iconic design appeared in an ensemble that Arizona State University likes.

Despite currently being sponsored by adidas, ASU has a long history in the sportswear industry, having previously signed with Nike. Leather construction throughout the upper follows the opening motto "Be True To Your School", with the base layer featuring a maroon flair. Vibrant gold contrasts can be found on the toe box, tongue and heel. The Swoosh profiles and other accents of the Nike Dunk are also kept in this royal tone. The sole does without wine-like accents and instead relies on the proven "colorless" midsole with the eye-catching gold profile.
