The Civilist x Vans Sk8-Low sneakers will be released shortly. In this article you will get all information about the Vans release in cooperation with the skate shop from Berlin.

The Berlin skate shop Civilist and Vans from California are no strangers when it comes to joint projects. The two companies have often worked together on skate shoes. For their latest collaborative venture, the two brands have teamed up to create three colorways of the Sk8-Low.

With the help of Carsten Fock, known for his fashion, pop culture and politics-inspired graphics and paintings, the two global institutions paid homage to the German capital.

All three variations of the campaign feature Fock's penciled letters embroidered onto the Sk8-Low's suede upper: "SAY GOODBYE TO THE CITY" and "BACK TO THE ROOTS" are written on the sidewall and sockliner respectively, while "I ONCE WAS IN BERLIN" can be read on the shoe box. Navy and black colorways will be available worldwide, while the white model will be exclusive to Civilist stores.
