The Nike Air Max 97 Since 2000, Nike has honored the country of Puerto Rico and its diaspora through a range of products. The Nike Air Max 97 Puerto Rico is released to coincide with the virtual Puerto Rican Day parade in New York City on June 13th.

While very similar to the Silver Bullet , the Puerto Rico 97 differs in small details. The rich blue, red and white colors of the Puerto Rico flag appear on the sock lining and midfoot embroidery.
