The Air Max 1 celebrates its 35th anniversary this year. The Air Max 1 Safari will be released shortly. You can get all the important release information from us in this post.
Air Max 1 fans, the 35th anniversary is just starting to heat up. While three regionally exclusive drops made their debut on Air Max Day, the best of the Air Max 1 will be saved for a later date. When we take our first look at the Air Max 1, draped with a safari print on the midsole and ankle collar, an immediate connection has to be made to Japan's Atmos and their iconic 2003 collaboration with Nike. This mix of cobblestone, worn blue and limestone collide to create a truly earthy and natural look that fits the safari theme, and upon closer inspection the Swoosh logo has a texture resembling that of a wild animal. The toe box is made from a softer suede as opposed to the mesh used in the original design. While the tongue opts for the classic nylon.

The Air Max 1 will probably not only appear in the Nike SNKRS app. We assume that the shoe will also be available from other retailers. As soon as further shops have been confirmed, we will link you all in our release overview.
As already described, we can very well imagine that the sneaker will be available in the Nike online shop in the coming days. As soon as other stores list this sneaker, we will of course add them to our release overview.
The Nike Air Max 1 with the item number DV3027-001 will probably be sold for around 160 euros. We think that's a completely fair price for such a classic sneaker!
Otherwise, feel free to check our other social media channels so that you don't miss any information from the sneaker world. You should also check out our just mentioned free Dead Stock App if you haven't already considered it.
