New York-based boutique Aimé Leon Dore collaborated with New Balance for the first time in 2020 and released the New Balance 550 . So it's no surprise that the T500 is now the next silhouette to be reimagined by Aimé Leon Dore. The NB T500 debuted in 1982 and was originally developed as a tennis shoe. There will be three colorways, all of which have been kept very simple in their design language.
The Red-White colorway features a white upper that features a red New Balance logo on the side and a red heel tab. On the heel tab it says Aimé Leon Dore on the left and New Balance on the right. There is also an inner lining in red. The shoe is finished with a cream-colored sole. The design of both the Green-White and Black-White colorways is identical, except for the colors of the logos and heel tabs being different.
