Air Jordan 6 Mowabb - first mock-up

zsneakerheadz recently released a mock-up of an Air Jordan 6 Mowabb. The legendary ACG colourway on an Air Jordan. All information about the sneaker can be found here in the article.

For all those who don't even know what that's supposed to mean: In 2021 the legendary Nike ACG Mowabb Rattan Birch came back on the (virtual) shelves. Reason being, the silhouette's 30th birthday. Tinker Hatfield first designed the Air Mowabbs in 1991. At that time he was given the task of developing a special Nike ACG model. That's when he came up with a sneaker that paid homage to Moab, a small town in eastern Utah. He had already done a number of climbing, cycling and hiking tours there.

The OG colourway came out with the name Rattan Birch: beige and blue with striking orange accents. The colors are a nod to the Utah landscape, reflecting the sand, lakes and rocks. In the early 90's everyone recognized this colourway. The color palette became something of an icon. The Air Mowabb introduced a colorway that has become synonymous with Nike and ACG. Not only that, over the years it's found its way onto Air Force 1s, Air Huaraches, Air Max 93s and Air Max Lights. Now the colourway is coming to an Air Jordan .

THIS IS WHAT THE JORDAN SHOULD LOOK LIKE

The new Jordan 6 Mowabb comes later this year in exclusive women's sizing and is inspired by the All Conditions Gear Colourway. We don't know if the sneaker will be the same, but the color palette "Brown Kelp/Team Gold/Shadow Brown/Court Purple" is already known. Apparently the shoe comes with a Gore-Tex upper, so the pair is protected from the elements. We're excited to see if the shoe will be the same and will update the post as soon as there are official pictures.

AIR JORDAN 6 MOWABB RELEASE DATE

We don't yet know when the Air Jordan 6 Mowabb will come. So far we only have a mock-up. But apparently the sneaker should only come for the Holiday 2023 season, i.e. at Christmas.
