Clot Nike Cortez - first on feet pics

The Nike Cortez celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2022. And has already been celebrated with great collaborations. You probably remember the Sacai Nike Cortez 4.0 and the UNION LA Nike Cortez . And even when the birthday is over, Nike continues to celebrate. Recently, Clot founder Edison Chen was spotted wearing a funky new Cortez. Edison Chen and Kevin Poon , the founders of Clot, have always stood for extravagant designs. The streetwear label from Hong Kong teamed up with Nike for the first time in 2006. Namely with the Air Max 1 “ Kiss of the Death ”. Last year some of the brand's designs came back, including the Clot Nike Dunk High Flux . This year three Clot Nike Cortez are to come. Apparently the white one we're talking about today, a yellow-black one and one in the OG colourway: white, red, blue. We're excited about this collaboration because we absolutely celebrate the Cortez.

THIS IS WHAT THE SNEAKER LOOKS LIKE

The Cortez comes with a classic white leather upper and a black Swoosh. Details like the co-branding on the tongues and the script on the heel are black. That could be anything and the shoe would be great. But that's Clot too easy. As an eye-catcher, they came up with an overcoat that is strongly reminiscent of the hyped UGG Guard.

There is a black nylon overcoat for the Cortez that can be attached with a rubber loop. On the overcoat is a half white swoosh that complements the black swoosh perfectly. The overcoat also comes with the characteristic, jagged Cortez sole. We don't know yet whether the Cortez can really be worn without the overcoat. The shoe does have a sole, but it is more reminiscent of a slipper. But then you can take off the nylon at home and still wear the Cortez at home. Crazy design, we think it's quite good and look forward to more pictures.

CLOT CORTEZ RELEASE DATE

As soon as we know more about the release of the Clot Nike Cortez, or have better pictures, you will find out from us immediately. We assume that the shoe will come this spring.
