For the 40th anniversary of the Air Force 1 silhouette, Nike surprised us this year with many creative versions of the model. We were happy about popular colorways – like the Air Force 1 Low Panda – and about the announcement of special collabs – like the Off-White Nike Air Force 1 Mid Graffiti or the AMBUSH Nike Air Force 1 Low. The Nike Air Force 1 Wheat Mocha returns, which was last introduced to us in October 2020. It wouldn't be the anniversary of the silhouette if this sneaker didn't also have something special. All information about the Air Force 1 Wheat Mocha Twist can be found in this article.
THIS IS THE NEW AIR FORCE 1 WHEAT MOCHA
As the name suggests, the new Air Force 1 Wheat Mocha Twist returns with a twist. Most of the upper is clad in the distinctive light brown suede that characterized the previous model. However, the beautiful upper material has been taken in the collar in exemplary Halloween fashion, because as you can discover in the attached pictures, other designs peek out from under the suede dress. A light smooth leather insert with a flowery pattern can be found on the toe box, which is based on the color of Wheat Mocha. The midpanel is also affected, revealing dark, smooth leather underneath the suede with a spooky ice-blue Swoosh. The look is rounded off by a dark brown rubber sole in the same colour.
